In the course of conducting business, Cleed (hereinafter "Cleed," "we," or "us") collects and processes personal data, particularly that pertaining to contacts, prospects, customers, service providers, partners, or website users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your").

“Cleed” means Cleed.ai, our B2B activity for ecommerce retailers, to help their online users with an assistant providing 24/7 support, personalised recommendations, omnichannel and many other features.

1 - Data collected

Cleed.ai, as the data controller, processes the following data:

  • Data relating to Cleed.ai's customers (data relating to the organization, the subscription taken out, the transactions carried out, the users of the solution, etc.),
  • Data relating to prospects,
  • Data relating to visitors to the Cleed.ai site (data relating to equipment, connection, navigation, etc.)

A Data Processing Agreement that specifically outlines the terms and circumstances for the processing of personal data in accordance with the laws on the protection of personal data governs the processing of personal data that Cleed undertakes on behalf of its clients.

For one of the following reasons, you directly furnish us with the majority of the personal data we process:

  • You have subscribed to our solution,
  • downloaded a white paper from our website,
  • accessed a Cleed webinar,
  • provided your contact information for meetings or events,
  • requested a demo,
  • visited our website,
  • are a Cleed partner,

6 - Transfers of your data

The following technical and operational procedures have been implemented by iAdvize in order to secure data transfers and guarantee an adequate level of protection for data transfers outside the EU/EEA:

  • With our subcontractors, we have a data processing agreement that contains CJEU-approved standard commercial provisions.

7 - Duration of Conservation

For the duration of the contractual relationship and an additional five years in interim storage due to legal prescription, we retain customer data.

We retain information on website visitor navigation for a maximum of 13 months after the date of collection.
On our website, chat discussion data is retained for three years.
We retain application-related data for two years following the last contact.
The clients, who operate as data controllers, set the retention periods for the data that Cleed processes as a subcontractor.

Unconditional rights

At any time you have the right to:
