Internship / Apprenticeship
The internship / apprenticeship is quite versatile and may involve several of the following tasks:
- Business Development (B2B)
- Contact sourcing
- Prospecting via our various tools (personalized emails, HubSpot, Prospectin, calls, etc.) and methodologies
- Participation in trade shows and professional events to develop contacts
- Participation in demos (and preparation)
- Follow-up with prospects and performance analysis
- Inbound marketing (content creation, events, webinars, etc.)
- Customer Success & Product Improvement (B2B)
- Supervising online customer service managed by our freelancers, monitoring the quality of customer service, and overseeing our automated tools
- Testing, improving, and automating our chatbot tools, specifications
- Performance analysis and managing relationships with our e-commerce client managers
- Marketing & Digital Communication (B2B and B2C):
- Editorial content (blog articles, newsletters, videos, etc.) and visual content (Photoshop, Figma, etc.)
- Managing press relations
- Managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Paid media (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- CEO Right-Hand (B2B and B2C):
- Various daily tasks related to the CEO
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Internship 2 to 6 months, apprenticeship 6 months to 3 years
Profile Sought
- Required: Business school - Rigor – Commitment & Proactivity - Writing skills & analytical mindset – Fluent English - Communication & sales skills - Knowledge in communication/marketing
- Preferred: Experience in Business Development - Proficiency in software we use - Interest in e-commerce - Interest in the startup world
