“Cleed” means, our B2B activity for ecommerce retailers, to help their online users with an assistant providing 24/7 support, personalised recommendations, omnichannel and many other features.

1 - Data collected, as the data controller, processes the following data:

  • Data relating to's customers (data relating to the organization, the subscription taken out, the transactions carried out, the users of the solution, etc.),

7 - Duration of Conservation

For the duration of the contractual relationship and an additional five years in interim storage due to legal prescription, we retain customer data.

On our website, chat discussion data is retained for three years.

Unconditional rights

At any time you have the right to:
